Session 1 -Moving Mindfully with Rhythm

Welcome to session 1!

In this video you will experience an easy introduction to movement-based meditation and the most basic (and important) of breathing exercises -the Bhashrika breath! We will be introduced to gentle warm-ups for the body and spine that can be done virtually anywhere, at anytime and that are an important part of preparing ourselves for meditation and breathwork.

Please begin by watching the short intro. video.

Please wear comfortable clothing and make sure you can sit comfortably, undisturbed, for about 20 minutes.
